Welcome back to the 2019-2020 school year!
My name is Katrina Prichard and I have been teaching for 23 years. Most of you know me and my family. For those of you that don’t I will tell you a little about myself. I have lived in the Krebs/McAlester area all my life. I graduated from ECU in Ada and started working here at Krebs School in 1996. I’ve taught 22 of the 23 years at Krebs School.
I love sunflowers, sea turtles, chocolate, and coffee!
I love anything that has to do with the ocean!
I have two wonderful children, my pride and joy! Anna is 27 and married to Cody Brown and lives in Marietta, Ok. Carmine is 20 and lives here in Krebs.
My fur baby is Shadow, he’s a mini schnauzer and is 13 years old. He is just like a little boy and I love him so much!
My significant other, is Charles! He helps me a lot with my classroom! Anything that needs built or hung up, he’s on it! You will also see him at our bingo’s! He is my great support!
I’m am happy to have your child in my class and I know this is going to be a great year!
I will send homework on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
HOMEWORK MUST BE TURNED IN THE NEXT DAY OR THE GRADE WILL BE A ZERO. If your child is absent, they will be given a day to make it up. It is very important that you check your child’s work and help them with any difficulty they may have with it.
ALL WORK IS DUE THE DAY IT IS ASSIGNED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. Most of the time if it’s not finished in class and they’ve been workig hard on it, I will let them take it home to finish.
PAX Behavior Game is the new behavior system we are using in the whole school. A note explaining is being sent separately.
I am getting parents emails put in the dojo site so that if I need to reach you or you need to reach me that is where we will make contact. (Unless an emergency)
Please make sure you have read the dress code in the school handbook.
